Hi. I don't think this is true. I have a hotmail account, and when last I
checked, I didn't get anything like this. Also, when you sign up for a hot
mail account, it states during the sign up process that if you do not access
your hotmail account within 60 days, it is automatically deleted. So, no
one is going to be summarily deleted, unless they check their account often.
