Not sure what the sentencing guidelines are for this particular case or
similar cases... It catches my eyes that people like Njogu Bah, Jorbateh
and Ousman Jammeh were sentence to two plus years in jail without an option
of a fine... they were also charge with abuse of office?
Why should this guy get D20,000 fine in lieu of 3 years in jail while
others get far harsh sentences like Amadou Sanneh and others????? double
standard again or the law being applied?
