Haruna,

I am disappointed with you; you ought to have known better. I am surprised that you should ask a question with such an obvious answer. I personally think it was a crafty move by the previous regime to locate the National Population Commission at the President's Office.

Was/Is their purpose not simply to manipulate the population better? I may be wrong but I think so. Manipulation and population tally. That's smart governance!

WHAT IS THE NATINAL POPULATION DATA BANK DOING being HOUSED at The President's Office - Gambia?????? Both during Sir Dawda's tenure and Yahya's. I am thoroughly confused. Is there a duplicate at Central Statistics?????? Where it really belongs??????

What da hell??
Haruna. I am not pleased with Yahya right about now. Please somebody tell me that's only a copy of what is at Central statistics. Africans can't help themselves if their lives depended on it. Somebody please friggin help me out. Kukeh or Galleh ought to know. Or anyone who works at Central Statistics. Just pass the info on to Kukeh or Galleh to be forwarded here. I am majorly pissed.
