    the drums of the great Griots herald
    they echo the laughter of your children.

    we are hearten with your gentle smile
    with the Halam and the Bokarabu
    the Seruba and the Sabarr
    and from the opaque waters of the shrine in Katachilly
    the sacred ancient mounds of the stone circles in Wassa
    the crescendo serenades with jubilant noises
    the drums of the great Griots herald
    they tell the story of your children at the peek of twilight.
