to become President of Ivory Coast. I think the legitimate government of President Alassane Ouattara and PM Guillaume Soro was onto something. And why would Sergeant IB not surrender and join the Ivory Coast Republican forces after Gbagbo was apprehended? Very sad indeed. It appears to me this "Third Force" was bent on a counter-coup.
