Bro,

Good advice indeed applicable to all opposition parties.

Should Shyngle Nyassi continue to be permitted by the UDP to pursue his current strategy of not showing deserved respect to other opposition parties in the Gambia, he is definitely not helping towards fulfilment of opposition unity against the incumbent.

Duruing such a decisive stage, respective oppostion party discipline  should require all their leadership to only express and promote sentiments that are in conformity with the objective of attaining some sort of united opposition challenge against the APRC in the 2011 Presidential election.

As a matter of fact, Mai and his GMC Party are of great service in the international domain to the cause for freedom in the Gambia and therefore deserve respect from all genuine opposition members.

Many thanks

Bailo

Just a food for thought; regarding Freedom newspaper's action towards the unification process which has just started, I think he should be mindful this time around to avoid having part of the blame. If I could advice single Njasi, he should completely avoid talking about details on the union like what Sedia Jatta did while talking with freedom because this guy is  dangerous. Even if Mai is the only person in his party he should be treated like others with 100 member. How can his worst president be fought out from power if his power is discouraging unity against the incumbent like he did before? I some times think he is bribed by the government to always tried to disunite the parties whenever they are on the brink of unity. Please does who have the contact of Mr. Njasi should try to
warn him on this sensitive topic with freedom newspaper before is too late. Edi
