Thank you cousin Al for sharing the circumspect JDAM. I have been profusely aware of the limitations of the ICC and prosecutor Bensouda in particular. Why Africans latch onto others for salvation is beyond me given the odious history of such reliance on another African or other.

Haruna. I am reminded that Africans have never been nor will they ever be equal partners in International parliament. We are best advised to focus on an ECOWAS court or other national prosecution of our ware.

Subject: [G_L] The Bensouda Debate Continues as Former Magistrate LJD Recounts a Personal Encounter with then Justice minister

The Bensouda Interview continue to attract strong reaction from both sides. Former Magistrate LJD weighs in narrating a personal encounter with the then Justice minister Bensouda during the hay days of Jammeh!
"Of more particular significance to me - and coming at the issue from a vantage point of direct encounter with Fatou Bensouda – is her recollection pertaining her tenure as Minister of Justice. On why she accepted this portfolio, she set up an explanatory defence and partially answered: “I have to say, you know, quite frankly that my work as Justice Minister has never been interfered with ...” This contention is in absolute error!"
