Mboge
You are right in your humble analysis. Kigame was held high by many
patriotic African observers. But as usual the folks that they surround
themselves with push them to self-destruct. Kigame's opponents are either
fleeing or assassinated.
The British Chanel four did a candid news brief on Rwanda and it is scary.
The over reliance by Kigame on the Rwandan army and the U.S link is
fermenting a potential civil war.
I wonder why all our self-proclaim good leaders turn mad. From Wade of
Senegal to our young soldiers with a difference... It makes us sad to
participate in politics. No wonder quiet a lot our people rather prefar to
enjoy the ready made develop societies with relative mute to getting involve
in our affairs.
Thanks Mboge for the comments. However, I will engage you later on our joint
personate topic Pan-Africanism again.

I am wondering whether there is any blue print for a Pan-African governance
mechanics. Any directives on administrating our affairs since all my
findings indicate that, the former colonial masters were copied to a large
extend which resulted in our guys not faring much from the west.
Any comment?
My highest regards
Suntou
