Time to get off that AOL webmail. Try a more robust provider and you won't
run into this mail issues every week. How about a gmail address? Come to
think of it Aol is so nineties. Reminds me of 56K modem days. Get with the
program will ya? With that, I am going to bed. See you around alligator. Ha.
Caesar out.

Your message is being returned to you unprocessed because it appears to
have
already been distributed to the GAMBIA-L list. That is, a message
with
identical text (but possibly with different mail headers) has been
posted to
the list recently, either by you or by someone else. If you have
reason to
resend this message to the list (for instance because you have been
notified of
a hardware failure with loss of data), please alter the text of the
message in
some way and resend it to the list. Altering the "Subject:" line or
adding
blank lines at the top or bottom of the message is not sufficient.
Instead, you
should add a sentence or two at the top explaining why you are
resending the
message. This explanation will help the other subscribers understand why
they
are getting two copies of the same message.

Kukeh I knew you had empirical tendencies like Google but quit fooling
around me.

Subject: the choice in 2011 - kingdom or empire
Should Gambians decide to do away with a republic for monarchy, I would
dare suggest they chose empire over kingdom for the following reasons:
1. We will be the only by popular demand empire in the whole of Africa,
may be the world should we decide there is no American empire!
2. While a king may sound and look cool, an emperor sounds even more
majestic and grander.
3. An empire will best suit the chiefs as they can easily rename their
districts as kingdoms and not to lose out the Koringholu and Nyancholu
will take their rightful place as king-makers.
4. the Mandingmorri will become the soothsayers and the Jula sankaranka,
bankers and stock market brokers!
5. everybody else serfs in the great empire call (??) Haruna what do we
call it?
6. no more military coup, just palace coups
the trouble of course is empires need to conquer to prosper but
geopolitical situation "island-state" makes that a little challenging
though not impossible.
What a wonderful world it will be :)
