Joe,
We must agree that democracy is never built at the drawing board. It is a long and arduous, make-it up as you go kind of a process and there that will be many challenges along the way. The point some of us are trying to make is that Drs Janneh and Jobe's may be important but not as urgent as getting this elephant in the room a good place to retire. I believe that we need all hands on the deck so to speak to deal with that. And that our focus should be on ABBY - AnyBody But Yahya.

We must trust that after Abby, Gambians will be mature enough to know what to look for in their leader. As they say third time's a charm

> Fatou, thanks for your thoughts. I did not intend to clutter you all's mail boxes. I just followed basic e-mail protocol to reply to all that were sent mail on the same thread. It was Demba who copied everyone and I just responded since I am one of those critics. You never see me copy anything to this or any other list before. Would I be assuming right that what Demba forwarded you is ok and my response is the irritant? So, sorry for the irritation.

However, others have the same rights and they should be respected as well. Let those who continue to build build and let those that continue destroy, to destroy.

Yaya and his APRC machine has tainted a lot of Gambians, some willingly and well some claim they were trapped. I do not believe in their stories and excuses .Majority of them were moved by sheer greed and think they can outsmart the BIG GUY. I am very skeptical of most of these APRC rejects. Some of them i know and many others i do not at a personal level. They are back to base and want to join the liberation fight. I will not trust any of them, but we will have to forgive at some point and move on. Of course they have all derailed the strength of the fight but we have to embrace each other and move on. We're sick of the merry-go-round, but i think all Gambians are on the same page now where Jammeh is concerned. Just a collective pounce is all what is needed.

We can only make an impact if we move along together and hopefully those reading these stories will be careful not to flip-flop on our efforts in the future, and hopefully the Kanilai monster will be gone by then.We cannot get stuck on these folks. Now they know better. Please lets' move on. Am receiving these email forwards from George....

Those coming to sell us sugar pill, you are doing damage to your reputation but if you do not mind I say keep blasting to your health. Amadou left a very long trail and you will be smack in the face with his own words every time you want to defend the indefensible.

The embattled Dr. openly responded to his critics and cleared the air on his role and reason for joining the Jammeh regime and the struggle against impunity... Unfortunately, due to network issues we are not able to bring you all the interview at one sitting... Stay tuned and we will bring you second installment of the Interview with the Dr.
