May Allah have mercy on the souls of those who lost their lives in this
tragic event, and may he strengthen those left behind.

Basil,

Thank God, no ADB staff was booked on the Kenya Airways flight that crashed
Sunday night. The Gambian staff you may be referring to disembarked at
Abidjan. However, there were two Gambians(both businessmen) known to have
been on the flight one of whom survived and currently in hospital. The
 other is feared dead.

A former staff member of the Bank (non-Gambian) and two members of the
family of a current Bank staff have also lost their lives in this tragic
 accident.

Let us all remember them in our prayers.
