Last night I was a party (friends) at our local pub discussing the
dis-functionality of the African American family. To some extent all other
races has changes  (for good/bad) in family structure in the US.

The discussions were centered on why, when, how and what are the possible
fixes.

I blamed Washington policies (politics) that were intended for good but
with bad unanticipated consequences. Other has personal experiences and
different takes.

What's your view? I hope to be back there tonight - I could share
your rationale if different from the many already offered.
