Indeed Karim. You have just demonstrated how when a nation's police and military become delinquent and leaderless, the nation effectively becomes a Banana Republic. La-Guinea is heading off such an ominous prospect but with the Bissau decay in its immediate south, President Dadis needs all the help he can get. Gambia and Bissau are farther along in the process of Bananarisation and because our President Yahya is severely limited in acumen and discipline, hopes for our re-orientation and secours are lethargic at best. What ends up happening is that the delinquent police and military consume themselves in the vortex of graft and graffignette and Yahya dissolves inadvertently. Through his own delinquency and cluelessness. Haruna.

Our region is the hub of global trafficking. It is a similar story all over even in the Gambia. There was a recent case in the Gambia involving top officers of Jammeh's regime. I am following a case in Brikama in this week involving a front cover property estate management and Guineau Bissau Cocaine Trade. With disagreement on payment of kick back few individuals are arrested name with held for cocaine trafficking. I was also told by sources about Tanji incident involving a senior figure in Bissau army and the most powerful in Banjul. A speed boat was used20to carry the stuff up to Tanji and collection and loading was done by the military in our country.
My brother the army contol even the wholesale distribution of even Ganja in the Gambia. Small scale retail sellers are use and protect by them. This piece is of similarity wth the Gambia.

Until now, it was largely believed that Moussa Traore' was La-Guinea's chief Drug Baron. Last thursday, La-Guinea's secretary of state and Drug Czar Captain Moussa Tiegboro introduced us to the veritable Baron of Barons in the Narco industry in La-Guinea. His name, Mamadou Sire' Bah. In a press conference, SOS Tiegboro shared that this man, Mamadou Sire' Bah (Koto), has built an empire around drug trafficking replete with front companies used to launder the drug revenue through a matrix of seemingly legitimate enterprises. Bah, an illiterate, is believed to be more dangerous than Moussa Traore'. Bah is on the run, a fugitive of La-Guinea justice, and he is believed to be in Togo. Bah is also believed to have access to planes which he uses to courier drugs and small arms from Columbia into La-Guinea via Togo. 

SOS Tiegboro shared that a Mamady Kouyate', Alias Kerlin, is an accomplice of Bah's and was the personal chauffeur of Moussa Traore' and Ibrahima Bah (alias Lincoln), a younger brother to mamadou Bah. Ibrahima Bah was educated at Gama
l Abdel Nasser Univ. in Conakry and he runs the various front enterprises of his brother Mamadou Bah. During Lincoln's deposition, he had shared that in 7 companies of his brother, Lincoln is either Director General or Assistant Director, and that his preoccupation was to clean the drug money by entangling it with more legitimate enterprise. A search of Lincoln's home revealed a significant cache of light arms to heavy weapons.
Lincoln indicated that he is an Israeli national with Guinean parents.
Among the activities of this criminal syndicate are Falsification of records, ID's, and Fraudulent agency, impersonating state officials, impersonating state military officials and rank. One of the syndicate, ElHadj Bouba Kaba, born 1965 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to Guinean parents, was found to be in possession of a complete identity for belonging to the Ombudsman of Former President Lansana Conte' and the insignia for the rank of Lietenant and Commander of the La-Guinea army.

Mais depuis cette date, un autre nom a été, à la grande surprise des gens, révélé à la presse par le Secrétaire d'État à la présidence chargé de la lutte Anti-drogue et le Grand Banditisme.

En effet, aux dires du capitaine Tié, le sieur Mamadou Siré20Bah, dit Kötö est le véritable Baron du narcotrafic en Guinée. « Ce monsieur, un illettré, est plus dangereux que Moussa Traoré. Il s'était spécialisé dans la facilitation et le blanchissement d'argent à usage de sociétés écrans. Il a bâti son empire économique et financier autour de plus de 7=2 0(sept) sociétés écrans.' », a confié le Secrétaire d'État anti-drogue.

« Mamadou Siré Bah, Kötö est en fuite de la Guinée et je demande personnellement qu'il soit jugé par contumace en attendant qu'il ne tombe dans les mailles de nos nasses », interpellera-t-il. Selon nos informations, Kötö se trouverait vraisemblablement vers la République du Togo. Au delà de la drogue, il est aussi impliqué dans le trafic illicite d'armes à feu en Guinée. Il est extrêmement dangereux. Il suffit de prendre connaissance de son plan d'actions opérationnelles par rapport aux trafics de la drogue et des armes en Guinée, pour déduire que le pays était au bord d'une invasion extérieure, a précisé le capitaine Moussa Tiégboro avant d'ajouter que Kötö disposait d'un schéma complet des vols et d'atterrissage des avions transportant les cargaisons de drogue et d'armes depuis la Colombie en Amérique Latine jusqu'en Guinée.

Comme complices directs ou bras droits de Mamadou Siré Bah dans son cartel de Conakry, le capitaine Tiégboro annonce les noms d'un=2
0certain Mamady Kouyaté, alias Kerlin qui était le chauffeur personnel de Moussa Traoré et d’Ibrahima Bah, dit ' Lincoln', jeune frère de Kötö. Ce dernier, en croire le capitaine Tié, est l'éminence grise (à cause de ses études universitaires, 23ème promotion de Gamal) qui gérait les différentes e ntreprises de Kötö, son grand frère de lait.

Selon le Secrétaire d'Etat, Ibrahim Bah, 'Lincoln' aurait déclaré dans sa déposition qu'il est Israélien de nationalité et Guinéen de souche. Dans les entreprises qu'il coiffait, il se faisait passer tantôt PDG tantôt DGA et toutes ces sociétés ne pratiquaient que des activités de blanchiment d'argent, indiquera-t-il.

Dans nos perquisitions à leur domicile, nous avons découvert une importante cache d'armes (voir photo), minutieusement placées sous le contrôle de leur garde, confiera-t-il à la presse.

Les dossiers de ces présumés narcotrafiquants ont été transmis le 11 juin par le Secrétariat d'État chargé de la lutte anti-drogue au ministre de la Justice.

Par ailleurs, dans le même lot de personnes présumées narcotrafiquants, transférées ce jeudi, il y a d'autres dossiers relatifs à d'autres réseaux. Il s'agit des bandes d'escroqueries, d'usurpation de titre et fonction, de port illégal d'uniformes militaires et de grades. C'est le cas d’Elhadj Bouba Kaba, Guinéen, né en 1965 à DjA
9dda, en Arabie Saoudite. Cet imposteur au superlatif du mot, a dit le capitaine Tié, portait en toute illégalité la tenue et des grades rien que pour couvrir, à souhait, ses trafics d'influence et prétendait appartenir aux services des renseignements généraux au temps de feu Général Lansana Cont é. 'Quand nous, on sortait de l'académie militaire, on serrait le garde à vous pour ce Bouba Kaba quand il portait le grade de lieutenant plein. Aujourd'hui cet Elhadj aux allures respectables arborait fièrement le grade de commandant', a rappelé le capitaine Tiégboro pour la petite histoire.
