Indeed it is the right wrong-Brufut have been in Yahya's crosshairs. Lamin J Darboe's well research piece about legal ramification of giving false information to public officials show case the legal distinction of the charges giving that it is his constitution rights to petition right about illegal land grabbing in community reserve wildlife park. He is really in good spirit and want to thanks all for your support and concern.

A step in the right direction Karim. Good news indeed. Abass and Brufut have been in Yahya's crosshairs for far too long. It is unsustainable for Yahya.

Good news to share with all especially my family Dave and Banka. For your information Abass Manneh is released on bail pending judgement on his case based on the appeal filed by his lawyer and good brother Lawyer Edrisa Sissoho. Giving false Information to Public Officers as stated in the legal ramification debate put forward by Barrister Lamin J Darboe and constitution impliction and citizens rights to petition the Head of State and more so with the rights of freedom of expression. Abass Manneh's case is contest at supreme court and as have family we have to support the legal team. Abass Manneh is in good spirit and was aware of the support and solidarity. He want to thanks all more especially Lawyer Edrisa Sissoho for his service, Gambia online Media-Freedom Radio, Jollf news, Maafanta, Gainako and the list members of Gambia-l and Post who are more concern with such as bogus charge of giving false information to public officials. For any individual who want to contact Abass Manneh please sent me a private e-mail.
