Since the days of yore we used to be pals.

We did many things we shouldn't have done.

The times were when you had morals but

Shades of darkness now cover your eyes;

The eyes that used to clearly see.

Aunty "M." and Uncle "M" goodly brought you up and

A devil's job was never meant for you.

That you are sage I have no doubt,

It simply never crossed my mind

That you, unnoticed, will ever join the gang..

The days of reckoning are in sight

When most of the gang will be called to account.
