Chongan is not indeed an angel but was a miscreant who was exercising his
authority on defenceless citizen , often under the influence of toxicants
and alcohol, even though this was no excuse.

I have not been to the Gambian Since 1990, but whilst living in SerreKunda,
I have witnessed the brutality of this man at the then ARTS Cinema once and
several other areas around Pipeline/Latrikunda.

All these Soldiers deserved what they got including Ebou Colley because they
have let the nation down. Had they been soldiers of Valour the Gambia would
not have been in the state it is in.

Despite Ebou's contribution and documentation of atrocities committed by the
Jahanama Administration, he and other Soldiers like him had the chance to
bumped off the devil as reparation to the Gambian nation but did nothing.

I firmly believe that soldiers deserve what they got.

Peace
Mohin
