In 2010, I did ask the leadership of my party, the UDP to resign and submit
itself to the congress for election, and they did exactly that. In fact, I
found them already preparing the ground for a congress. It was the people
themselves who, in Jarra Soma, in turn decided to renew the mandates of some
members and replaced others. Therefore, I can categorically and
unquestionably state that the UDP has a leadership that is leading with a
clear mandate from the very owners of the party, the people. Absolutely no
doubt about that. Unless you are demented, you certainly wouldn't have any
problem acknowledging this irrefutable fact.

As for the Coalition issue, it is the UDP that has taken the lead as
befitting a leading Opposition, to reach out to others in the spirit of
coalition building. We are ready to lead and ever looking forward to others
joining us in tandem with conventional principles of coalition building as
practiced universally.

Maybe you need to tell me how on earth your president, Nasiiru Dean, is able
to fire at will, elected members of parliament representing your party, the
APRC- *Alliance* for *Promotion* and* Rejuvenation* of *Corruption*.

Thanks

Daffeh
