Pass around....happy yamul arafat/eid/hajj. I was recently puzzled by an Islamic scholar about the late Senegalese Sheikh Amadou Bamba Ba (Serigne Touba). What stands very clear is the man's gift in nature. The story goes that he worshipped his lord to the extent that he was granted the "Kuun-faayakuun" blessing and the secret of baitul Kaabah. In some of his book, he said "Rabb" (my Lord) described him (Sheikh) as a comrade. What a status from Allah (swt)!! (NB: Depending on your school of thought, I know the story can be a little like hmmmm.....).

The colonists took him to Garbon and they were amazed at what science the man knew to have placed his prayer mat on water to prayer.

We witnessed this year, and may we celebrate many more in good health in a liberated Gambia free of tyranny. amen

Best regards with much love,
Yero.
