Listen! Who is talking about sending SPAM on this forum? Life is so full of contradictions.
Billai, Walai, Talai.

I believe that Muhammed Drammeh betrayed his own guidelines. Drammeh initially advised that Ousainou should not be deemed to be a coward for seeking sanctuary at the Senegalese High Commission but then not not only did he, Drammeh, subsequently personally try to prosecute Ousainou he ultimately went to the extent of sentencing Ousainou to life on the 'Island-of-no-return-from-cowardice'. Seriously, If Ousainou were a coward or a selfish opportunist, he would have by now joined the APRC regime in some capacity. Nonetheless; Ousainou is better advised to publicly stand up more against the abuses of  power by Jammeh and his cohorts. This is what is expected of the leader of any opposition party, much more so from that of the largest opposition party in The Gambia.

I suppose Muhammed could have been angered by the veiled and open personal attacks and insinuations against Halifa Sallah but that's simply no excuse to follow in the footsteps of the perpetrators. Two wrongs cannot make it right.

Finally, I believe that Grand dad Masoud Haruna Darboe is only in support of Malanding's decision against Drammeh because of Drammeh's castigation of Ousainou Darboe. The same Haruna would have been praising the Lord and probably also singing 'Sonnah Mariama Woh' had Muhammed Drammeh's tirades been directed against Comrade Halifa, the Freedom Fighter that Haruna loves to hate. Sheer Double Standards! I was taught that a good person must strive to refrain from resorting to double standards except on the basis of merit.

Haruna, What is sauce for the goose must also be for the gander. Tu comprendez?!

Bailo

JDAM,

I am awake even when I'm asleep. I'm like Yahya on that score.

And I can't believe you're crying about "INJUSTICE" for Dramane. Like
you, I cherish freedom of speech and expression no matter how perverse. Because
perversity itself is a matter of perception. No it is not about Dramane's
right to the cherished freedoms. Dramane has gone over that bound when
he started sending multiple identical salvos all trained on insulting a
singular person Ousainou, the leader of a majority party in Gambia. Dramane was
not accusing Ousainou of a crime or sharing his thoughts about a crime Ousainou
committed. Dramane was engaged in SPAM, a violation of Ellen's code of conduct
and therefore risks denying the rest of us realising a modicum of value from
Ellen. Ellen is not Posten. I encourage Dramane to go back to Posten where he
began his witch-hunting via SPAM. I am not sure Posten will condone that
activity. I could be mistaken however. Nevertheless, Dramane seemed to begin by
soliciting views on Ousainou's person. That effort ever so surreptitiously
transmogrified into brazen insults and SPAM in total disregard to the rights of
others to peaceably enjoy Ellen. Ellen is no place for SPAM.

So even if Dr. Jaiteh did not de-list Dramane, I am
confident Ellen's listserv and host will discontinue the honour of
providing the generous service for us. Ellen is not property of PDOISdrones
JDAM.

And how could my name come up in your search for a watchman???? Do I look
like a nocturnal herbivore???? Please. You disappoint me. And Mali or no Mali, I
am always friggin awake. I couldn't care less if Dramane is watchman. I do not
think he possesses the requisite acumen of the vrai Watchman. You sell the
Watchman short on that score. Who is to say you're not the Watchman??? Nay, you
are too honourable for banter of lowly creatures.

May we add you to the GESO revival team conversation???? Pretty
please??

Haruna.

I know even our Malian friend - unless he is the elusive
Watchman who just ran off that insufferable Ethiopian apologist
for tyranny in The Gambia - must be in the very early hours of
the US day, and as such, I do not expect a response for several
hours. By the way, Haruna was suggested as a candidate, but his
temperament, specialism, and dictum appears different from
that of the Watchman, with the latter's milieu covering the broad
sweep of western history from Antiquity, through the Renaissance, and
Enlightenment, to the modern day democratic citadels where the
refinements of those ideas are being continually practicalsied in the
political realm. I don't suppose you know The Watchman, but
let us know if you have any ideas who s/he is.

Back to Drammeh, and the subject matter of this query. Is Drammeh's
problem one of posting quota, as Mr Mali regularly cries about, or
is he suspended/delisted for his views on Ousainou Darboe?  If the
latter, I urge you to reconvene yourself, or the pertinent Committee,
and reinstate his rights. We won't be a complete society without
embracing all shades of view, and contrary to my respected
political activist - Mballow - conversations around national issues
should be as vigorous as possible. No matter how hurtful they may be, I
reject the notion that serious national efforts are likely to collapse
from the weight of a few verbal salvos. In any case, Drammeh met his
match in Yanks, and I am angry at you for taking away
        a deevloping entertainment.

Please reconsider your decision on Drammeh. May be he
knows The Watchman who drove the proxy Gambian, Dida Halake,
        from online Gambia.

          Dear Mr. Drammeh,

Yesterday I expressed the fact that I
do not wish to get involved in your debate or the controversy
surrounding it. Only the Gambi-L managers can help you out. I hope you
          understand my position. Thanks.
