Joe
I could not agree with you more.Ansu the answer to your question lies in the Crash Opportunism of the Gambian Elite.Historically we have witnessed this act of of using one's ethnic affinities for self aggrandizement time and time  again. This is not new..except that at this epoch of our History the act has acquired a new low .Naturally it feeds into Comic Jammeh's insatiable taste to retain power and strategy to keep Gambians divided.Joe's prediction will soon come to pass when we will have Kiang mandinka society,Serrekunda Jollof group and Fula society of upper river..then jammeh can revel in this but for how long?

Ansu, this time it is a Mandinka Society, next will be Jola, Wolof, etc.  Our people are wining with Jammeh with eyes wide open.  When you think some on the ground have a hit a new low, then they come up with a breakthrough.  Ours is very complicated and those lined up to sell their souls crisscross the tribal divide.

Inshallah, they will all be ashamed of their actions the day Jammeh is no more...that is if they have any shame in them.
