A mess indeed!! The Mercenary Judges are fully in charge and the worst is yet to come. From my honest opinion, the evidence against Tamba & Co is virtually weak to warrant a conviction. . I find the whole affair a laughing stock. The dilemma for Tamba & Co is that they will never have the opportunity to lodge their appeal. Less we forget the following cases; Baba Jobe, Tamsir Jasseh & 3 Others, Captain Bunja Darboe & Others. All these cases are stalled in the appeal courts because of the dirty tricks instituted by the Mercenary Judges. Justice Amadi will soon be appointed as a Court of Appeal Judge and this will certainly cause some difficulty for Tamba & Co. The same strategy was used with Justice Paul- the man got promoted after dealing with the case of Baba Jobe, Lang Conteh.

What a mess!!!. I feel for the wives and children of this men. I have little remorse for the group. When we speak up against their close ties with Yahya, they use to frown and brag against us, now they are enjoying the bitter pill. I remember boarding a car with younger brother of a then military chief. When the discussion touches on politics, this man started using all sorts of words in support of Yahya. Now his brother is languishing in Jail on flimsy grounds...
We have more to lose than gain in speaking out against Yahya. However, it is the right thing to do. I hope Lang and co can be strong enough for mile two.
Just last year, during my research on Jaliba Kuyateh, I can still remember Jaliba telling his fans, "Lang Tombong Tamba will be coming with the Senegalese minister of Sports".. he was the darling then. Now his brain in frying, such is the hazard of romancing a dictator...
Bii diyaa, sama kuyaa. The love of the limelight will destroy many a brother. Welcome to GRTS

Death penality does not subscribe to my school of thought but Lang Tomabng Tamba are the cohort who are mentally enslave that sharing Yahya Jammeh is their moral and social ethnic responsibility. It is what they use to their rise and fall. They never see the big picture of rule of law and their they are victim of the judicary under pressure. I cannot even imagine the silly and baraggard Dida Halake speak now on the Freedom Radio that there is no rule of law. Welcome to Gambia where people will only speak if their friends and family or close association is prey on by the predator.

OMG, this is what awaits all those who slept with the devil! Even Tamba does not deserve this!

This just in - all of the defendants in the treason trial - Ex-Head of the Gambian Army Lang Tombong and the rest of the accused were sentenced to death. This devastating but expected judgment was announced minutes ago.  More will be provided in due course
