Thanks for the reminder.  Inasmuch as it is well intentioned, I have a
fundamental issue with your thrust in that you made it a point to reach out
to Gassama with perhaps the specific intent of making him recognize the
occasion and then somehow come to terms with issues as most of us see them
here..

But problem with this approach is from his postings here, he has never really
shown himself as a man who has come to terms with what happened by not only
decrying the suffering of the affected, but also acknowledging who was
responsible for the incident and thus not proportioning blame where due..

Pa Modou Gassama has never done this and the long winded, exhaustive, and
empty acknowledgement he just made makes me sick to the bottom of my
stomach...
