Mawdo Demba,

Again we can agree or disagree but the fact still remains and I want to make emphasis that criticisms are part of any struggle but that as you said are different from attacks.

I agree with you but read some so called criticisms and honestly tell me if they are constructive criticisms or insults? I agree with your notion that you did not belong to the group but are Merely an observer fine but except you tell people that, anyone who sees your name listed would count you is as a member except you explained otherwise. But all the same we disagree to agree which is good.

Minister of Youths and Sports: Mr Sada Njie as you claimed.

For the record I am not officially part of any group other than Gainako and GPU- USA at this point. I get invited to some group meetings such as STGDP, DUGA, and C70 as a member of the media. I mentioned in everyone of these groups that I am there as an independent citizen from the media and will hold people accountable. So the group I assumed you are talking about is the one discussing the "national conference in Senegal" am not a member of that group. I was invited just like hundreds of other Gambians.

That is the kind of democracy and dialogue we must embrace as citizens. So just because people criticize NTCG doesn't mean they hate the group. In fact we should all embrace constructive criticism and be open to answer questions either we agree or not.

I kept my distance Hoping and praying that you proof me wrong. For in my view any factional group is better than Jammeh and for some very low minded individuals to come with their vile messages full of hate for fellow comrades in the struggle is beyond me though I do never take most of them any seriously. Gambia during our interview I told you has serious problems and one of them is this and unless we see each other as partners not rivals. The only people to pay the prices of those hate attacks are the Gambian people our own people. Who knows with dialogue, you might lower my doubts about your group and even possibly convince me over. You and I know that is never possible in the hostile environment some people like Pa Saikou and co want Gambians to remain. If they succeed, the only winner would be no other than Yahya Jammeh a man he fought with all his might and failed to even push an inch. He know what I am talking about. Some Gambians I respect let me down big time.

>>> I agree that NTCG should not be linked to Kibaaronews for the reasons stated. I also believe that it is upto team Kibaaro to distance itself not only in words but actions anything NTCG. The line can be too blurry sometimes and that creates doubts and questions.

>>> On the other hand, the line of work we are in is very peculiar. The slightest mistake we make it comes back to hunt us. My only qualm with the alleged interview with Jammeh is that the quality is simply very poor and the editorial team could have considered that. I didn't see the payoff to put up an interview with Jammeh that is questionable. We always earn respect for being original no matter the content.

>>> Finally, I join others in giving the NTCG the benefit of the doubt and like many Gambians would like to learn more about them and see where and what they have in stock. Many people are turned off by NTCG because of the way they roll out their list without consulting people.. and the quality of their press releases. If you look at the content and presentation of the press statements, it leaves a lot to be desired.

>>> Mediocrity has been the order of the day in Gambia today because the bar has been lowered so low by President Jammeh and his team. But that does not mean he needs to be replaced by another mediocrity that can only take our country back. At the very least someone needs to look at those press releases and demand quality. I understand language barrier may be an issue and that speaks volume to qualification for leadership. Communication is number one in leadership....

My other half and I debated this voice issue but as the speaker kept saying, he is not the head of state, we concluded. It seems since the Freedom interview with the Vice President, Kibaroo news are bent on having the bigger fish to talk more nonsense, to what benefit, I do not know as we all know the stance of Yaya Jammeh on issues being discussed with the interviewee.
