Mr. Gassama:

Thanks for the information.  It adds to the frames of reference regarding
the ISSUE.

However, if I understand Mr. Jow's piece correctly, besides the basics of
the technology, an integral part of his piece was geared more towards a
possible monopoly of the distribution of the required digital radios by
specific businessmen.

That being the case, do you have any information as to how and where one can
purchase the equipment in the Gambia, and what arrangements are in place
pertaining to distribution?
