The dude is simply quaking in his boots and trying to appease Her Majesty's Government so the wouldn't slpa a ban on him. Considering his habitual unrestrained bashing of '400 years' of "useless" British colonialism, it is a shame that our pious coward is now furiously licking the boots of the royal family. In addition, the baby gives him something behind which to tag his 19 years of reactionary and repressive regime. Just more annoying crap from the clueless tyrant.
