Thanx Juan C for sharing. Talk about double-dipping. Double taxing without representation. What is the idiot NAM for farafenni area doing about this??? I say Farrafens need a Tax-Revolt. Deduct that part of the taxes that equals their water cost for the year, and demand the NAM explain what their tax monies are being used for. This is highway robbery. This water guard Momodou should be the first one to refuse this task???? Where have you ever heard of a water-guard??? Friggin dog-catcher. I think all Gambia should be insensed about this. Have a country-wide taxc revolt and see if the village idiot will jail everybody. Makes me sick to the stomach. Haruna. They can't roll over and play dead for Yahya to stomp all over them. Who told him being President is child's play??? With peoples' lives???
