Generally, criminals and tyrants showcase their examples of gifts and fancy buildings as justification for murder, torture, assassination, rape, and theft of the commonwealth. They have abettors who will point to these vainglorious monuments as testimony of the benevolent spirit. They subordinate their Gods and religions to the clerical criminal. They train their family and offspring to drink from the spring of residual largesse of the prostitute and the criminal. On fridays and sundays they enter their houses of worship, sullied, decrepit, cursed in dens devoid of prayer or divine pecuniary. They have no religion and they are themselves criminal.

The months of insurrection against the heretic Gadhafi have decimated the buildings. The lavish autumn homes. The mediterranean resorts. All this as the vrai rat burrows through channel after channel, cave after bedouin cave, barely finding a peaceful corner for repose, as he competes for sub-terranean shelter. Above, the people ransack his luxurious homes as they burrow through the desert sands, plugging the expansive network of aqueducts and sewers.

In the end, no building stood untarnished or enrubbled. The natural resources of the nation remain. The monuments to the criminal syndicate decay. Worldly possessions belong to the earth, and to it they shall return. To be replaced by yet other facades of the charlatan. The people remain albeit in reduced number. To chart a new life. Without the criminal overlord.

Haruna.
