Comrades:

Last night was the most horrible nights that I have slept.  
In making comparative analysis between 2001 and 2006
presidential elections, I move to declare that there were
patterns of discrepancies in the results.  

Did the APRC steal the election?  Did  the APRC successfully 
buy opposition votes?  In concluding, these results
were totally inconsistant.
