Lye,
An interesting list manning our judiciary. There is certainly no shortage
of talent... I was curious the majority on the list continue to be
dominated by Nigerian/Ghanian/Freetonian judges if you may...
In the past these people used to be appointed by their home governments as
technical assistance or secondments if you may to the gambia... has that
changed???? If that is the case would the home government not have more
control over the conduct of some of these judges?
Am I missing anything???? we need to speak to some people who have been on
the bench in Gambia to clarify some of these misconceptions if you may...
Know anybody who can put more light on this?... letma know and will reach
out... contacted a few I know among us here but yet to hear...
