I echo your sentiments. A President should not hold accounts in foreign banks, he/she must not be dabbling in personal business while in office and must not consult with a foreigner for domestic policy. Unless of course the president is mentally disturbed, in which case he ought to have been thrown out of office, arrested, and tried for money laundering and a threat to national security.
