Buharry, you said it all but the thank you is to Coach and his team, Biri, Gough, and the countless Gambians present and those that were there in spirit. It is an understatement to say Biri was touched. He deserved more and I'm just happy to be there to celebrate him with my fellow Gambians and friends of Gambia. Many in the crowd were not born when Biri was in top form, but they heard about the man and his talent from their grandparents, parents, and uncles and aunties. Thus, they were eager to see Biri play for the first time. Biri flew to Atlanta the following Wednesday and attended Bla Taal's (played for Walidan with Biri) naming of their newest addition to their family, Oumie Taal. We had a great time there too and many were pleasantly surprised when they saw Biri with Koto Babou Sowe, another great of yester years. I am still recovering from my extended trip after a bout with sore-throat. My apologies to any that addressed me but did not hear from me. This is my first time on-line since I left Atlanta.
Joe
