From the numerous contacts I've had with some of the owners and their
agents, I think it is safe to say that they are legit. A Ghanian (Sam) based
in the U.S. (NC) owns perhaps the majority shares, with stakeholders from
other African countries (including Gambia), the Caribbean etc...
According to the NY agent, they will begin flying mid-July.
That's all I know.
