 Owens,

I did not understand what you shared here. Can you please clarify? Did you mean Ganji's story is NOT plausible because his reasons for working for Yahya are not accurate? Thanx in advance.

One thing struck me though: Ganji did not defect from the opposition to APRC. He resigned from the opposition to take leave of politics. However, after Yahya gifted him some money and cows, he was coerced into WORKING FOR YAHYA. Ganji did not join APRC. He is and continues to work for Yahya. It is a subtle but significant difference. If we read the interview more closely, that became apparent after Yahya gifted him the money. Check out what Yahya said to him. Ganji is an economic migrant. In his own country. And so are Rambo and Uwaa. Foroyaa koleyaataleh.

I still look forward to the clarification of your statement below Owens.

One thing I was pleased with Ganji's interview however is his recounting of how the UDP was formed. The quip about whether Ousainou was a founding member or not is a matter of semantics for me. But hopefully now, the idiot tribalists can discern if the UDP is a Mandingo party or not. Something tells me they will manufacture a Mandingo halo from the UDP.

I must thank Yero for sharing these two interviews with us. Now we can focus on growing and strengthening the greatest party of Gambia which includes the most of Gambia's ethnicities. Unless you hit these idiots with a Mack truck, they will continue to undermine your good efforts for commoner relief. PDOIS my big beautiful black arse.

Haruna.

Yero

As far I am concerned Ganjie's story is plausible. The guy defected after US embassy denied him visa to join NADD leadership that was on tour.

Scary Political Spin!

Something is up and down with politics and politicians. The spin sometimes is a scary one.

Here is what Mr. Touray told me in October 2005 in an exclusive interview.

Here is what Mr. Touray recently told the DO.

In conclusion, it begs the question, thus: Is politics all about big rhetorics, big headlines, making money, and mere utterances with no consistency in meaning towards uttered at any given time? Methinks so! I am sure others who believe in the power of politics will disagree based on the fact of other consistent political leaders. To which side one belongs, the truth is politics especially that observed in most African countries is not fundamentally principled, but rather based on picking the master’s crumbs like a pet doggie yearning for more and more crumbs at any time from the fat master on the high chair.
