1 - World Bank's International Development Agency augments her investment in Mali. It is safe to say they were pleased with their review of past investments in the Office Du Niger and elsewhere in Mali.
2 - Mali conducts an inventory of her human resources in the diaspora. Internal inventory has been completed. If you don't know what you have, you cannot harness their values properly.

4 - Sokorodji students get nutrition assistance in the form of school feeding program.

8 - New Mali Ambassador to COngo presents his credentials to Congolese authorities.
9 - The Sahel Green Belt project revisited.
10 - Mali Inter-party Dialogue for Democracy convenes to take stock of lessons gleaned from Muni '09 in order to enhance future elections.
11 - Mali and Burkina Faso agree to construct a transnational border health center. Germany Assists. Thank you Germany.
12 - Algeria donates food to North Malians who face chronic food shortages. Thank you Algeria. Algeria and North Mali share a history of sharing and caring.
