The task force for the massive re-election of President Jammeh under the
leadership of Jerreh Jatta has been educating and sensitising voters on the
significance of registering as voters and why voters should come out en-mass
and vote for the Gambian leader.

According to press release from the task force members, since its inception
the task force has been working closely with Mayor Yankuba Colley, the
national APRC Mobiliser, and other APRC structures with the full support of
the party authorities. According to Jatta, the task force’s voter education
programme was fully discussed and endorsed by Mayor Colley, in his capacity
as party mobiliser. The voter education programme has so far been conducted
in several areas in Kombo North, Kombo South, Kombo Central, Kombo East, all
the Fonis, URR, LRR and CRR.

“The task force target is to re-elect President Jammeh with a 90% victory
over the opposition. This is necessary because Gambians would like to
demonstrate their gratitude for the massive development that has taken place
and continue to take place in the country under the dynamic leadership of
President Jammeh,” Jatta stated.
