What a brilliant and timely inspiration for our friend Modou. Thank you Laye for sharing. Sometimes I am so happy with you for being your wonderful self, I hate to ever be mad mad at you. So don't make me gaddamit. Git're done Modou!!!!!!!!!!!! 16 days after the marathon began. And she still won. By a landslide!!!!!!! If there ever was a time to die Modou, I wanna see you run the NY marathon before I go.

Claire Lomas, paralyzed from the chest down after a horse-ridingaccident, completed the London Marathon 16 days after the race began. The32-year-old became the first person to finish a marathon using a bionic suitequipped with motion sensors and a computer system that help her lower limbstake steps.  She walked about two miles a day.
