I agree with the broad thrust of your take here Mr.Touray.Our relations with Senegal is at stake....and lets remember Senegal does not hold all the cards on The Casamance.Latter is a volatile region with too many players having it out .If Ndour Thiam is indeed arrested or abducted that spells some tragedy as he has been on record for having tried to oust jammeh...though we do not know what he would have put in his place, and this might draw Senegal into some murky territory following the uncertain story of recent abductions.Let us watch the space and keep digging for a verifiable story

Malick,
That is where we find holes in the two stories. I do not think Col. Ndure had a such connection with the Casamance separists, if he in fact was abducted from Casamance.
As his life and our relationship with Senegal may be at stake now, I beg all to exercise caution on this story but it suffice to say that both stories of his abduction either in Senegal or Gambia seem to have holes gaping in them. After all, he knows the number of times thw separists have abducted our service personnel running away from persecution since 11 November 1994, so I doubt he will be that negligent,  we have had rumours that he goes to his bother village frequently. The truth we will know. The important thing now is not to throw accusations against our neighbours based on unconfirmed stories.
Kejau.

Suntou Senegal don't care about our problems. A lot think that we can used Cassamance issues to win their support. That is just a silly joke. Senegal has a geo-political interest drive by nationalism when its comes the state of madness in the Gambia.

This is getting ugly. How can Senegal be allowing Gambia security operatives to enter their shores, abduct Gambians and take them away, without Senegal raising any objections...This is messy.
Senegalese police patrol their borders regularly, so how can this be happening?
