just listened to Pentagon spokesperson interviewed

We strike because an attack on US was imminent - we believe!

Have you stopped to the imminent attack? We're still assessing but.....

I thought the whole thing was the outcome of Obama's 9/11 eve speech. But
even his (Obama) this morning speech seem to suggest so ....... I told you
this and that's what we are doing exactly......
