Folks,
With sadness I inform you all of the untimely demise of my elder sister Sai-mu-ndow-Nyang, of kombo Lameng (Lamin), In The Gambia. I grew up with her under the watchful eyes of our grandmother the late Sainabou Nying. Since the demise of the latter in 1994, the deceased has been a fortress of comfort and support to me, as if she had become a reincarnation of our grandmother. My sister will be laid to rest today Sunday June 12th 2011 at 5.00PM local time in kombo Lameng, Gambia. By the grace of God she is survived by her husband Demba Kulo Bojang, and many children. May God the most gracious and merciful rest her in eternal peace, ameen!
