A very noble suggestions Haruna. It is baffling, CCF being so quiet about Kanyiba.

I was surprised and disappointed that CCF did not share the abduction of Kanyibaa Kanyi anywhere on their website. However, It appears CCF has another kidnapping case this one in the Phillipines.

This is CCF's number: 1-800-776-6767         outside US call: 1-804-756-2700

Please join me in calling them and ask them where they have shared Kanyibaa's ordeal with the visitors to their website. Ask them whether they are even aware that one of their employees in Gambia called Kanyibaa Kanyi had been abducted by the state for a couple of years. Ask them if CCF continues to pay Kanyibaa's orphaned family while CCF continues to "search" for Kanyibaa.

The link below takes you to The Gambia section of the CCF website. They share their involvement in Gambia.

Some donor partners of CCF include UNICEF, UNDP, USaid, AusAID, DFID, The World Bank, UNHCR, surely, they could prevail on any one of these donors to yield an employee of theirs Freedom.

If when you call they tell you that Kanyibaa was engaged in politics. Make sure you inform them that Kanyibaa's fellow employee of CCF, Ebou Jarju, brother of the foni Chief Basiru Jarjue, was also engaged in politics. It was when Kanyibaa went to collect the CCF keys from Ebou Jarjue and stumbled upon an APRC meeting in back of the house (Present were Ebou Jarjue, Jung Conteh, Baboucarr Jatta, Chief basiru jarjue, etc.) that Jung suggested they take Kanyibaa in custody to enhance their fortunes in the then up-coming Kombo East By-Election.

Your brother Haruna.
