You are most welcome Suntou.

Common wisdom would have given Hon. Cellou Dalein a win if he had garnered the majority of support from the strongholds of Hons. Sidya Toure and Abbe Sylla. The Rainbow Alliance was far superior to the UFDG Alliance even strictly on ethnic calculus. Even if you give Hon. Dalein the benefit of the doubt that there was some intractable electoral fraud in Hon. COnde's strongholds, that will not be enough to explain his trouncing in Toure and Sylla's strongholds unless if you agree that Conde is a magician. In which case he ought to automatically be President of La-Guinea with the air of the conjurer. No need then to steal votes. What say you Hon. SUntou????

Haruna. Plus Hon. Alpha Conde is the overwhelming favorite here on Ellen. Let's see Dalein top that.

Haruna
Whilst the contending parties take stock, let us all wish the very best for the people of Guinea. I was thinking Celieu was going to win from the early exit result, but then congratulations to Apha for winning the race. Let them unite and build bridges. Thanks for sharing the regional news with us, without your service, i wouldn't be in cue with events in Guinea and Mali.

Its a great day in La-Guinea. The people of this proud and unapologetic nation have waited for too long for this day, amid an unrelenting vortex of national decrepitude and foreign meddling. I hope now they will give themselves the time to reflect on the past 52 years and set about to diligently right the sails and head due-north. Haruna.

Here is Guinee24 correspondent Karim Bah.
