Facebook could file paperwork for its initial public offering as soon as this week, and current estimates say the deal will value the social networking site between $75 billion and $100 billion. The impending deal is already being labeled as the defining moment for the new Web investment boom, and the opening has the potential to be one of the biggest debuts—online or otherwise—for a U.S. company.
