Nice Laye. Thanx for sharing existing global conditions. The largest consumers of those ideas have been China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Ireland. It was the main factor in the rapid industrialization of Japan, India, Ireland (symbiotic), and China. The ideas were purveyed through land-grant universities in which these nations invested heavily in in the late seventies to early eighties.
