As some of you may have already realized, we're having issues with MSN and offshoot email addresses (hotmail, outlook, live etc.) being blocked from receiving messages from Gambia-l. Please note this issue is out of ICORS ListServe's control. The following error is received:

550 SC-001    Mail rejected by Outlook.comfor policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.

The block is entirely on their end. As this is not the first time, and it probably won't be the last, subscribers who wish to remain subscribed should probably change their address to a non-MSN controlled one. Gmail still lets mail through.
