In this edition;
 
- A comprehensive Ombudsman's Report on Public Services and their delivery to the Malian people, presented to ATT and his government. The Report is compiled by CASCA and discusses insufficiencies, irregularities, corruption, and burdensome interests. ATT: "For me, there is no [small corruption or inadequacy]" Allahu wakubaru!!

- Mali assesses the capacities of her human resources and works to enhance them.

- Youth Employment (APEJ) gets a significant boost from the privatization of Mali's telecommunications system SOTELMA. The youth are awarded contracts within larger custodial contracts of roads resurfacing and irrigation projects. Kidal, Koulikoro, Sikasso, Segou, Kayes, Bamako, Mopti, TImboctou, and Gao among others.

- Synthesis of economies. Economies of scale. UEMOA/Canada. The Malian society is undergoing a symphony of economic growth and adaptations.

- Women in Building construction. International Forum in Bamako. Synergies - Not war between the sexes!!!

- Mali media gets support in professional development and protection regimes.

- Hon. Bellegarde shares perspectives on the on-going negotiations with educational unions and syndicates.

- Physiotherapy in Mali. Exercise your limbs or lose them.

- Contribution to Mali Health by Mali's Armed Forces. The Mali Army Medical Corps is celebrated.

- War against desertification - Segou. Farmers' cooperatives. Japan assists Mali vegetable Gardening Cooperatives in Segou.

- Musical Camp. The development of Art and Culture in Mali. I keep thinking about Ace anytime I see human faculty and sensibilities development. I just hope he's not thinking about taking Mams to these shindigs.

- Cup of Mali Semis. 50th edition of CUp of Mali.

- Focus on Health. Gabriel TOure Hospital Pediatric Division. Mali Institute for Disease Control. Univ. of Maryland partnership.
