I just spoke to a business associate in Dubai, and he informed me that they
will fast tomorrow. He said the moon was sighted there.

The Prophet (SAS) relayed that during the month of Ramadan, the gates of
heaven are open and the devils are chained. Ramadan Mubarak to all, and May
Allah (SWT) accept our fasting and forgive us our sins.
