It was a hard decision for our editorial team to reach at; that is closing the one month celebration of clocking three years. Personally, it is both an exciting and emotional moment for me. Now that the bar is raised so high by these contributors, how can such a momentum be maintained to the end of time? Such a challenge is on us all –it cannot be only on the online outlets. Words can hardly capture our appreciation for your participation. We hope that you all benefited greatly.  We humbly ask you all to find time to send these contributors appreciation or thank you cards, as a way of encouragement.
