May Allah (SWT) grant herJannah, May Allah (SWT) forgive her sins and the sins of believers men and women. May Allah (SWT) guide her progeny in the right path. For those of us, O Allah (SWT) protect us against the temptation of this world and guide us all in the right path. O Allah (SWT) have mercy on Muhammad (SAW) his family, his companions, his helpers, his wives and his progeny and bestow upon them much peace

We regret to announce the passing of our dear 'Bajen' Aja Maimuna Jeng, in Banjul today.  An active woman who has just finished putting together the annual "Jengene" Gamo (Mawloud Nabi), which is slated for this Weekend 29th - 31st May 2009.  She inherited the role of chief organiser few years back, after the demise of her brothers Alh Alieu Jeng, Alh B.S.O. Jeng and Alh Papa Lie Jeng (R.I.P).  The annual Gamo is now renowned for drawing over 300 faithfuls from Tivaone- Senegal alone not to mention the many other followers coming from different parts of The Gambia.  The expansion of the Gamo is largely credited to her leadership abilities.
May the almighty shower her with mercy and grant her the best place in Jannah.  My condolences to the entire family and relatives in The Gambia and Senegal.
