There are a few dairy free chocolates on the market. we use Enjoy  
Life chocolate chips as they are soy free as well as dairy free.   If  
you can get some, the Alprose dairy free chocolate is good. I use the  
baking chocolate bars to make a wonderful chocolate hazel nut cake
