You could call alinco but likely will pay for it, if I were you I'd just go
to the hardware store and get a regular nut, a wingnut something liek that.
You'd know which was positive and negative that way if they're different, if
you want them to look the same buy 2 and replace the other one. I'm not sure
but I'd bet they want a good price for them from the manufacturer, a
hardware store regular nut would very likely be the way to go.
